Become a Calendafy Affiliate

To join our affiliate program, simply navigate to our dedicated affiliate application form on this page and complete the simple application process.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our team, and you will be notified within 1-2 business days regarding your approval.  

If your application is not approved, you will be notified accordingly within 1-2 business days. 

Once approved, you'll immediately gain access to your personalised affiliate dashboard.

We welcome affiliates of all backgrounds. While there are no strict criteria, we look for individuals or entities genuinely interested in promoting Calendafy to their audience or client base.

Approval is typically based on a review of your application to ensure alignment with our program policies. 

Affiliate payouts are processed monthly on 5th of every month. 

You can choose your preferred payment method from the options available in your affiliate dashboard.

We transfer international payments through Wise, and transfer Australian affiliates through direct bank transfer (unless Australian affiliates opt for Wise transfer). 

Yes, our partner program is managed on Rewardful's platform.

It's tracking system ensures accurate attribution of referrals to our affiliates. Your unique affiliate link and the tracking system work seamlessly to credit you for the customers you bring to Calendafy.

Once you have access to our Affiliate Portal, you'll be able to see how many visitors have used your unique tracking link, how many of them have converted to a free trial and how many have converted to paid subscriptions.

We are committed to supporting our affiliate partners to be as successful as possible. Your Dedicated Partner Manager is there to support you in every aspect of your business, to help promote Calendafy to your audience or clients.

Your Partner Manager can help co-sell, complete demonstrations to your leads and utilise Calendafy's internal team, to implement their desired solution. 

You will have access to marketing materials in order to promote Calendafy. However, if you need specific marketing assets, you can request these with your Partner Manager for Calendafy's internal team to create for you.

All approved Calendafy affiliates are able to access a 35% discount on all Calendafy plans (up to a Team Plan - 10 users).

In order to maintain the 35% discount, affiliates need to refer at least one paying customer per quarter.

Affiliate commissions are calculated based on a percentage of the sales generated through your unique affiliate link (20% for 24 months). The more customers you refer, the higher your commission earnings. Our commission structure is designed to generously reward your efforts of promoting Calendafy. 

All commissions are for paid Calendafy accounts, not free trials generated.

Joining our affiliate program is completely free. There are no hidden fees or costs associated with becoming an affiliate for Calendafy. We believe in providing a transparent and mutually beneficial partnership.

Absolutely! Our affiliate program is open to international promoters. Feel free to reach audiences worldwide and expand the reach of Calendafy across borders. 

Note: Language - Calendafy platform is currently only available in English.

Promotional discounts for Affiliate Partners are available on a case by case basis.

Your Dedicated Partner Manager can work with you to offer time based, percentage, campaign based discounts to your audience and clients.

If you are an existing Affiliate Partner, please speak with your Partner Manager for any other information you may require. 

We understand that not everyone you refer will follow the correct process and use your unique affiliate URL.

You will not be penalised for that!

Just let your Dedicated Partner Manager if someone you referred has signed up for Calendafy without using your unique tracking link, and as long as you have reasonable proof of referral, we will manually add them to your referred client account, and assign you the appropriate commission as per the standard affiliate terms.
