If a client is causing excessive delays or disruptions to your workflow, it may be wise to move on.

In this scenario, it may be necessary to sever the client relationship to protect your reputation.

While excellent customer service is important, it's also important to prioritise your time and resources. If a client consistently requires an excessive amount of your time and resources, it may be best to focus on more profitable clients.

Letting go of a client is never an easy decision, but in certain circumstances, it may be necessary for the success and well-being of your business. It's important to evaluate each situation objectively and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
